We spent Friday afternoon in the kitchen with STLVegGirl Caryn Dugan and Carlos Hernandez.  They are collaborating on a 100 percent vegan Spanish experience on February 20th at Modesto Tapas Bar & Restaurant. If you’re in town, we suggest you purchase tickets soon. This is a first and it’s going to be a lot of fun.
